EASY RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Upon receiving your order, if it doesn’t fit or you just like to return it, you have 15 calendar days from delivery date to return the items. We will not accept any return made once this period has lapsed.

Before proceeding a return note that:

The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes in a non-scratch surface).

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.(With all the relevant packaging and tags intact)

Please contact us through email at info@theshoestory.in before you return the shoes so that we can provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code and arrange for a reverse pickup.

Now, please print the documents sent, fill it out and place it inside the package.

All returns must be sent to our warehouse within 15 calendar days from delivery date.

In the case of size exchange, will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost to the customer..

In a rare circumstance if the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, The Shoe Story will have to inspect the items and determine if that is the case before processing any store credit or ship a replacement item.

The store credit would be valid for a period of 12 months from the date you receive the credit.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped out via Fedex & Delhivery and are expected to be delivered within 3-15 days depending on your location, once it leaves the factory. All orders would be trackable.

Ready to Wear (RTW) Shoes will be shipped out in 24 Hrs. If any size is out of stock, it will be mentioned as Pre-Order Item on the product page and will be delivered in 25 Days.

Made to Order (MTO) Shoes will be manufactured and delivered in 20-25 Days.

Free Shipping on all Domestic Orders. International Shipping is Rs.2000 (approx. US$30) per pair.
